New Insurance Policy Effective January 2021

Effective January 15, 2021, BFL will be implementing a new insurance policy in order to protect customer shipments.  While customers have the option to opt out of the policy (meaning they will be responsible for any damage to or loss of their goods), we strongly recommend opting-in which equates to paying an additional one and a half (1 1/2) percent of the total Airway Bill value over $500.       

When you receive your membership invoice in January along with the new Know Your Customer form, please note it will have an addendum attached for you to sign and indicate whether you opt in or opt out.
